This is just off the top (and digging down to the middle) of my head.

-Breed two white roses to get purple roses. Breed two red roses to get black roses. Breed black and purple roses to get blue roses. Alternatively, water black WILTED roses with the golden watering can to get gold roses.
-There are 52 fossils and 20 paintings. GET CRACKING
-Flowers, trees, and expansions will always grow at 6am SHARP.
-You cannot find bees while shaking trees when you're on Wi-Fi.
-You don't get a statue of paying off your last loan.
-ALWAYS tell someone if Nook's turnip price is 150+.
-You cannot get Brewster's or Sable's pic. Stop trying.
-If Booker says that he hasn't seen any special visitors today, 1. Check to see if Gulliver flies around (always the first available time when you're outside that's xx:x2 or xx:x7), 2. Check the beach for Pascal, 3. Check to see if Pete flies at 9am or 5pm sharp, 4. Make sure it's a weekday, not a weekend.
-ALWAYS buy turnips from Joan (Sunday) if the price is 85 bells per turnip or less.
-Hybrids sell for ALOT on auctions.
-If you hear someone dropping items in your town, but you can't see the items, TURN YOUR DS OFF NOW DO NOT SAVE. It was a seeder who drops seeds that turn into buildings. Too many of them will brick (too much data on game card) your cartridge and render it useless. There are rumors of de-seeders though...
-Pine trees only grow in the top two acres (16x16 spaces) of your town. Palm trees only grow in the SOIL, NOT SAND, above the beach. Normal trees grow anywhere except sand.

-Always go to the top of your town BEFORE the first xx:x2 or xx:x7 before doing anything else. Get out a slingshot and see if Gulliver (in the UFO) is your special visitor for today. HE MOVES FAST
-King Tut wig will make you trip (and has a cool sound effect when you put it on) but it increases your fishing luck.
-Use pallete #8 for goldish patterns.
-NEVER place white tulips next to each other. They won't spawn any hybrids.
-The approximate price for gold roses in online auctions is around 250k. Jacob's Ladders sell for about the same.
-Nook only buys items from you for one fourth of his price.
-Triangle shades make you look pimp.
-You can't eat coconuts.
-Watering a wilted sapling does not save it. You need to place it in another place where it might grow. Keep doing this until it finally grow the next day.
-Never plant saplings within a 1 tile radius (including diagonally) of each other.

-You can't order or design while you're on multiplayer.

What does it mean when booker apologizes to you when you ask him what's new?

EXCEPT when Gulliver, Pascal, or Pete is the special visitor for the day. If it's Pascal, go to the beach and be all like hi lulz. If it's Pete, you'll see him at 9am/5pm. If it's Gulliver and you just say him zip across your screen while you were at the bottom of your town, RESET BUTTON PLIS. You'll meet Resetti, but you'll know that Gulliver is (you can still catch him at xx:x2 or xx:x7) the special visitor for the day.

What do you reccomend we do if we miss Gulliver?
