Welcome to the third brawl tournament, this is the tournament is the beginning the All-Star Hall of Fame. The person that wins will be in the All-Star Hall of Fame and will be eligible for the All-Star tournament. This time please join only if you know you can play. This tournament will consist of preliminary 1vs1 rounds then the qualified will continue to the next set of 1vs1 rounds. You may create a tag with you name and friend code on it you can have any background you would like must be at most 490x90. I am aiming for at least 16 people this tournament, that will show up.

I'll play! I always wanted to do a tourny type thing. O:  On a side note,  I'll be more then happy to make a tag for this tournament -- I have the template for it and it would sort of look something like this...  we can tinker with it so it'll be original for this(these) event(s).
