The Big Artistic Thread of Non-Counterfeit Paintings

Unlike in AC and AC: Wild World, you can't order paintings from your catalogue in City Folk. This means the only way to get them is to rely on Redd- who will only have one a week, and that one is fake more often than not. So if we want to fill in the painting part of our museums, we're gonna have to work together.

The idea here is that everyone can list which paintings they still need, and if someone else already has one of them in their museum, and said painting shows up in Redd's shop again, that person can buy it and mail it to someone who needs it. And hopefully it's not counterfeit.

This is the best way I can think of to fill the painting part of the museum, so here's hoping everyone else jumps on board too!
