Well it will be epic whenever it comes out I'm sure.

Designed by Warren Spector, the game is coming from Junction Point and Disney Interactive.

Right now there's not too much known about it except that Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is jealous of Mickey Mouse for all the fame he received. You draw and erase with the wiimote as you travel through the game sort of like Okami. It looks to be a platformer and is exclusive to the Nintendo Wii.

The design of the game seems much more "darker" than one would likely expect from a Mickey Mouse game. It's clear Disney is trying to appeal to an older crowd, but I don't have any problem with that if the game turns out to be great.

Gameinformer recently put out a magazine covering info on the game and is slowly realeasing more information on the site as well, where you can find interviews, history on Mickey Mouse, Info on Warren Spector, a speed drawing of a character in the game along with featured music and more. http://gameinformer.com/mag/mickey.aspx More game info will probably be released after people are given more time to buy the magazine.

There's concept art spread across the internet on IGN, Kotaku, etc. The majority I think can be found here: http://kotaku.com/5325198/this-looks-like-art-from-warren-spectors-steampunk-disney-game

If you have the magazine, feel free to give any details that it includes that aren't covered on the site. What do you guys think about the game so far and it's "darker" look?

Have any of you guys EVER liked a mickey game? I'd only ever purchase one for the kids. Not for myself.

The artist interest in me IS pique'd @ the brush in his hand....

I like Mickey's Magical Quest on the SNES...

I still need to see more info about Epic Mickey before I'll consider buying it, but it is an interesting concept.

Hen when I was younger I remember I loved Mickey games LOL.  But yeah Kingdom Hearts was WICKED! ^_^ I loved this issue as well too.

Anyways, it's a game I'm keeping in the back of my mind if I run out of RPGs to play next year.

I've actually never played a KH game. I've been thinking about getting 358/2 days though. Apparently it's on sale for only $25 at some places.
