it's a trio combination! With the original phat's weight (or bulky texture), add it with the smooth ends of the DS Lite with a mix of i's screen you get the DSi LL/ XL!

I think it is cool and definitely caters to the older crowd who needs a larger screen and/or bigger stylus

What has surprised me the most is how downright angry some people are about this. It's ridiculous.
It's just a DSi with a larger stylus and larger screens that in no way renders anyone's current DSi useless.

...Can you move your games over to the new hardware, though? Are they as strict on transferring downloaded titles on the DS's as they are about the Wii?
