It's pancake time! @ half. Yea, so our whole mania playthrough thing kinda stopped abruptly when he flew back home. I might lower the difficulty level and finish it off myself, I'm not sure. *pine pine pine miss miss miss etc.*

Woo, my friend that moved away gets ToS today. He's coming over along with some other people in a month, so we can all play the crap-tastic, but fun, multi-player, woooo!! I am, indeed, excited. =D

I miss that game. I don't want to bother you guys with my story, and I've already posted it a few times in some other forums, but the point is that I still have ToS... but I don't have anything to play it. ashamed; I think it's been... two years and a half now...

So, in random news, I finally had a chance to pick up Tales of Symphonia the other day. Got it in Gamestop's Buy 2, Get 1 Free sale on used games that they've been having the past week or so. I haven't had much interest in those stores since they took over Funcoland (and Electronics Boutique as well, but, primarily Funcoland) and had them stop carrying used NES/SNES/N64 games. Still, of course, they do still have GCN games, so, this was good for that at least. Haven't had a chance to play it yet, and will probably be playing another thing or two first before I get to it, but, just wanted to share that I did finally at least get it

I agree, my interest in the store declined when the merge happened too. You'll have to tell us what you think of it

I started playing the game again. The beginning of the game is slow like most RPG games, but later on, the game gets even more thrilling with the suspense, foreshadowing, and climax.

Well, getting to playing ToS again. We're getting ready to go to Ozette in our 3rd playthrough of the US version, and I got the Japanese version so we may be getting started on that too. We're trying something different by making Sheena and Colette Strike instead of Tech...we should do that with other characters too.

I ended up getting Tales of Phantasia for GBA a couple of weeks ago as well, which had been another game I had been meaning to get for a while. So, have spent a bit of time over the past couple of weeks playing that. Finally gave Tales of Symphonia a shot as well, and spent a bit of time with it, and it's fun, but, since I had already started playing Tales of Phantasia, decided I'd try to finish that one off first.

I really liked this game a lot, it is one of my all time favorite RPGs alongside my other favorites like Grandia II, Final Fantasy VI, and Paper Mario. I can't wait until the sequel arrives, but unfortunetely, I need to get a Wii first.
