Does anyone have a Dragon Scale they'd be willing to trade?

It's not actually that simple- the percentage chance of a Dratini or Horsea holding one is 5% and it's already tough to find a Dratini or Horsea. And I was wondering if anyone has one because I'm too lazy to waste my time finding one- especially since I don't have so much time to use during the day.

I'm an asshole. I deliberately bought Emerald to glitch a lot of items into DP. If I find my Diamond, I'll see if I can get you a Dragon Scale...
