Who would be interested in having a gathering where we all challenge eachother on Pokemon Pearl/Diamond?
What times would you be available for this?
I'm thinking New Years Eve might be a fun time to have a pokemon challenge. Suggestions?

New Years Eve? NOT GOOD. I'll be at my grandma's house and there's NO wifi there.
The plan is that we're all home for Christmas, then me, mom, and my brother go to my grandma's house after that, then get back home in time for my brother to go back to school, then when it's time for me to go back to school I fly back up here.

Uhm well, I'm interested, but like I said in other threads .... .. I haven't even BEATEN the game, let alone have any Pokemon I could do any actual damage with. :X Is it possible we could do this in PBR where we're all lvl 50? Although it's not like I've EV-Trained so I'd get knocked out QUICK. But it sounds cool.  |

When you battle on wifi you choose either level 50 or 100. The game automatically levels your pokemon up to that number for the fight.

Yup. I'd suggest getting a good team together. Don't worry about their level at all. If we have enough interested parties with enough coordinating schedules maybe we could hang out and do some trading/breeding/battling more often. |

yes, i am ALL for it! recently i started to ev train some of my pokemon that i wanted to train a long time ago and never got around to it... would we be doing this on the DS or the Wii... you did mention diamon/pearl. so im thinking Ds, but the Wii would be much cooler! I am available any day after 7PM or just about any time on the weekends... depending on what my plans look like this winter break i might be able to do this on new years eve... i plan on staying at home, very unlikely to change, but one never knows. hahah, seeing as how this is on the DS board, i take it it will be on the DS. ^^; XD |

I'm up for any party  I'll be at my dad's from 22nd through the 7th and he doesn't have wifi(or internet or satellite/cable :p) but if it's on New Years Eve chances are I'll be at my friend's who does have wifi. and when I say chances I mean like 99.99999369% because every single year I remember(minus the first year of the divorce) we've gone to their new years pancake party and that's not ever ever ever gonna change ^_^ And at her house we usually end up playing DS for a while so it just depends on the time. I dunno what time we'd be able to there so whatever you guys choose we can just plan around it :p |

Level 100 too hard for me =(. Also, most of my Pokemon have been EV trained, but not all have obtained good movesets.

Why is lvl 100 too hard for you? The game automatically sets your pokey's at that level. You don't have to go grind.
I can record our battles too, for us to enjoy later. I just did one last night. The problem is it can't be more than 10 minutes long.
