I think Ridley was named after Ridley Scott.

Super Metroid represent

As for the Prime series, Prime 1 is my favorite.

I think it's safe to say that Metroid is my favorite Nintendo series.  I enjoy Mario and Zelda, but not really like Metroid.  I can put down a Mario or Zelda game quickly and not go back to it for ages.  That's actually how it is right now.  I'm around the 90 star mark on Galaxy, and in the last temple in Twilight Princess.  On top of things, I'm directly at the last boss of Wind Waker.  Metroid keeps my interest going; I never put one of the games down for too long.  I'll be playing it continously until I've reached the end.

I own every Metroid game except Hunters and II.  I've played Hunters, however.  I never picked it up becuase of all the disappointing things people said about it.  Not having II is reasonless.  I've been meaning to get it as soon as I find a copy, but I broke that promise when I saw two copies of it as a used book store I go to often.  It was only $7.  I'll definitely go back to see if I can buy one soon.

I like Metroid a lot too. My favorite out of all the titles is Metroid Prime Hunters, while my least favorite is the NES Metroid. Let's just say I like Hunters to the point that I'll take on anyone when it comes to defending my views on the title. It was also my first Metroid game. It has my favorite location, the Celestial Archives, and my favorite characters, Sylux and Weavel. Yeah, Samus doesn't even compare to the two of them in my mind.

My Top 5
  • Hunters
  • Super Metroid
  • Metroid Prime
  • Metroid Prime 3
  • Zero Mission
