I borrowed the game from my friend on Friday and beat it today.  The game is pretty cool, considering the game play is almost the same as Wind Waker.  The temples are somewhat easy to beat, and the bosses weren't even any challenging at all.  I'm disappointed when I found out in this game they have taken out the "search for heart pieces to gain a heart" system.

Anyway, from the Zelda games I have played, this one has to be the shortest.

I think Minish Cap was a bit shorter. PH was still pretty short though.

Oh wow, I didn't even notice the missing heart pieces.  :O  I doubt it's any indication of things staying that way though.

The Heart Pieces missing wasn't really a big deal for me. I usually don't go hunting for heart pieces in any other Zelda game.

Yeah, PH was short and a bit on the easy side, but what I love dmost about the game was the boss battles. They were all pretty creative, not just timing for a hack-n-slash barrage and then more waiting. My favorite was the Twin Dragon boss. Very creative stuff. Easy, yes, but I still enjoyed it.

that's one thing i've noticed, thoguh, games as of late seem to be shorter and easier, even more so now than a couple years ago. Take Super Mario Galaxy for instance. Getting through the main part of the game is incredibly easy. It's the 120-star challenge that becomes difficult.
