I want to try making full EV'd versions of the water starters for my team... and a Gyrados. Recommended stats/movesets? I don't care much about natures, except Swampert and Blastoise. Rupert was Timid and Waterboy is Lax, and if these are going to be somewhat faithful recreations (except they're all EV trained) I'd like to stick with those natures. *really misses Rupert* Where oh where did my Ruby version go???

Y'all probably already know who my one "WTF IS THAT DOING HERE?" Pokemon will be.

*spits out moveset data robotic-style*

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant
Ev's: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp (72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe if you to go advanced, assuming you've got 31 Iv's in speed.)

-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Waterfall

Sweeping Gyara.  Dragon dance if you have time, and proceed through their team.

Swampert @ leftovers
Timid (Bold/relaxed is better)
Ev's: 252 Def / 252 Hp / 4 SpA (240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA )
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Roar/Earthquake (If you can get relaxed nature)
-Stealth rock

Defensive sponge.  Stealth rock as soon as you can.

Blastoise @ Leftovers (surprise )
Lax (Bold is MUCH better)
Ev's: 252 Hp / 252 Def /  4 SpA
-Ice Beam
-surf
-Protect
-Toxic

Tankish, toxic, protect, attack repeat.

I implemented a rule about having multiple items... http://thenextleague.invisionplus.net/index.php?mforum=thenextleague&showtopic=4&st=0&#entry4

Leftovers for everyone would be bad.

And what about Empoleon and Feraligatr?

Also, where/how am I supposed to get Ice Fang?

For movesets, just go here:  http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/
Much faster then telling you from my memory...

As for ice fang, use a heart scale.

You can seriously get Ice Fang from the tutor? I didn't know that was available for Gyrados as a level up move.

And I'm looking more for EV spreads. I need to know what I'm doing before I do it.

Yup, from the move tutor in Pastora.  That link has pretty much all the info you need (including multiple EV spreads).  I might be able to tweak some of the sets for you...

I would highly recommend changing the natures of Swampert and Blastoise. I'd be willing to hook you up with  a ditto or two, to get a decent nature on both of them.
